Are these real AI answers?

Yes. Each answer is requested live from the AI provider, with a timestamp. The report names the exact model used for each engine and includes every raw answer, so you can check any number. ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude answer from the models themselves. Perplexity also searches the web.

How is the visibility score calculated?

Every answer is scored out of 100: 40 points if AI names you, up to 20 for how early you appear (1st 20, 2nd 15, 3rd 10, later 5), up to 15 for how positively you are described, 15 if it names or links your website, and up to 10 for your share of mentions against rivals. The overall score is the average across engines.

What questions do you ask?

Five types of real buyer question, each run more than once: best tools in your category, what your company is, you versus your closest rival, alternatives to that rival, and a problem-led question that names no brand. Two of the five name your company, so the report also shows your true shortlist rate: how often AI names you when the question does not.

Will this match what I see in ChatGPT or Gemini?

Often, but not always. We query the models directly, while the apps add personalisation and live search. AI answers also vary from run to run, so the score is a directional benchmark. Re-scan after changes to see real movement.

Is the strategy call really 45 minutes, one to one?

Which AI engines do you scan?
